Something I've just noticed recently; school bags designed like wheelie suitcases. Do students now need more help carrying the growing number of textbooks home perhaps? A sign of increasing educational pressure?

This is a great idea, there's a real concern over the damage to backs that occurs from carrying heavy back-packs. No excuses for slouching now.
you know, when i was in junior high (10+ years ago), the really smart kids already had those bags and some of the kids in college were rolling them around as well. maybe they just discovered a new use for luggage?
